Wow!  God is amazing.  Jeremiah 29: 11-14 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found to you declares the Lord.”

We see this as a great and precious promise, for our family. We have been privileged to be invited to aid and strengthen the churches and pastors represented by Gospelink in Malawi, Africa. It all started the Thursday before Christmas 05 when we got a phone call from our pastor Norm Dufrin. He had just finished talking with Dean Kershner (a Gospelink representative) about a project in Malawi. Dean had asked if there was any one in the church that would like to go on a trip with him to Malawi, in February. Of course I was very interested. God has since that time had us on the journey of His plans, and we are so excited. After much prayer and seeking the counsel of godly family and friends, we accepted the position of operations manager for the training center starting in Sept 06.  Which will involve, church planting, building the training center, running farm/agricultural operations, training and discipling men that will then go out and do the same.  If you would like more details please go the “The Vision” on our home page. 

Covenant Life Community Church, where we attend, is sending us as an extension of God grace. We are so grateful to have fellowship with such a gospel centered, Christ exalting, group of people. We covet your prayers as we seek to walk by faith and in step with Gods spirit in this endeavor. God is so good. We appreciate you taking the time to see what God is doing in our lives.
